Method actors get into their characters and spend a lot of time studying them. And now imagine getting into the minds of ten characters and portraying each one differently… it is extremely difficult.
Of course, most of these movies are "light" entertaining movies, but every once in a while, a really "serious" movie comes along that dazzles the critics and the audience with actors' performances. It is true, some actors are so talented and versatile that they can play multiple characters in the same film.
Not only that, but it makes us feel like we are watching an entirely different person every time. We've compiled some of the best examples of performers who excel in their craft.

In addition to these four distinct identities, Tom Hanks skillfully portrayed two more: the hotel manager and a Timothy Cavendish impersonator.

Mike Myers is a fantastic comic. Despite the fact that critics were harsh on this Bond movie parody, many people still enjoy watching it. Unfortunately, he didn't have any memorable roles since then.
5. Cheech Marin - "From Dusk Till Dawn"
Cheech Marin, a Mexican comedian, portrayed three roles in the cult favorite so convincingly that many people didn't realize they were all him. Chet Pussy, with his legendary calls, was undoubtedly the most remembered.
6. Eddie Murphy - "Norbit"
Eddie Murphy is another actor who enjoys portraying all of the major roles and reinventing himself totally in the process. In Coming to America and The Nutty Professor, he did the same thing.
7. Noomi Rapace - "Seven Sisters"
Noomi Rapace plays all of the septuplets in this film, which takes place in a totalitarian country where parents are only allowed to have one kid. Each sister only leaves the house once a week and is named accordingly. The actress's duty is made harder by the fact that it is a TV show rather than a movie.
8. Ralph Fiennes - "Sunshine"
Ralph brilliantly portrays three generations of the Sonnenschein family as they face numerous challenges and tragedies, including WWII, concentration camps, and the 1956 Hungarian Uprising.
9. James McAvoy - "Split"
Kevin Crumb has 23 personalities, but only seven of them are visible to the audience: Dennis, Patricia, Hedwig, Barry, Orwell, Jade, and Beast - each one distinct and unlike the others. McAvoy's performance drew a lot of appreciation from reviewers and spectators alike.
